Fur + Plaid =

I'm still looking at all the different New York fall shows and I just came across this photo from Proenza Schouler's collection. I think it sums up my little trend report if you will. I don't watch a great deal of TV, but I love the Sundance Channel especially for their fashion documentaries. One of the films I saw was Seamless, where filmmaker Douglas Keeve follows four finalists in the CFDA competition. Proenza Schouler cuties Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez happened to be one of the finalists being followed and in case you never heard they won the first place award. It's great seeing how far they have come.
